The short film „35db“ takes place in Paul‘s apartment. A young, very neat Architect who has installed an operating system in his house. The voice supports him in everyday things like reading emails, making appointments and health issues. What technology does not understand though, are feelings. When there are difficulties in Paul‘s life, the system does not know how to react and influences Paul‘s feelings. The film deals with the topics of surveillance, sensory overload and feelings of technology.
